More difficult
I'm finding it more difficult to get a face to face appointment and therefore it feels more remote. the busy phones put me off calling the surgery but when I called first thing and gave all information to the receptionist I wasn't called back until 3.30 when I was seen very quickly and sent straight on to hospital. The care provided by staff is good but the system isn't. I could've been in hospital sooner if I'd been seen in the morning when I called. Staff are all very lovely but it does appear that reception staff are making medical decisions.
