Rookery Medical Partnership



Good

I call for appointments and quickly receive a call back from the doctor. I've used the NHS app to arrange well woman type appointments but tend to call for more general appointments. The conversation I had with the doctor was good, I felt listened to and was then invited in for an appointment with the duty doctor. I'm happy to see any of the doctors they've all been good and give you peace of mind. The only slight concern I have is that sometimes I worry that when I'm talking on the phone I'm not sure whether I'm providing the right information for the doctor to make the right diagnosis and I'm more reassured by an in person appointment.
