Rookery Medical Partnership



Staff are friendly and approachable

The staff are friendly and approachable but the waiting room could do with a bit of a makeover and air conditioning would be great just at the moment (during the abnormally long hot weather). There is usually a delay in being called in to be seen and today the Dr. apologised for the delay which I appreciated. Parking has to be paid for in advance and I get anxious if I am 40 mins late being called in that I might run over my parking time and get a ticket. I wouldn't want to get hung up on the delay thing though because I consider the medical care to be very, very good.
