If anything I'd improve getting appointments

I think they are better with children treatment than adults. Appointments here are difficult to get sometimes, the doctor will ring back and today it worked fine but sometimes it's challenging. Face to face interaction with reception staff is better than on the phone. You can have to wait quite a while to get to see the doctors, up to 45 minutes sometimes. If I could change anything it would be to improve getting appointments.
