Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Rosedale Surgery

Busy phones

The phones are busy but there are a variety of ways to contact the surgery including email and online and they offer phone, online or face to face advice or appointments so for me it works well. I have had some difficulties attending clinics especially when appointments for things like cervical screening are during the day and I have the children then, although I have heard there are later evening appointments available now. I've also had occasions when I'm not sure whether my notes have been read before an appointment. I do now choose to go to the sexual health clinic for contraception removal/ replacement as to get an appointment at the surgery takes a long time and in the past has been cancelled and delayed.
