Rosedale Surgery


Good service

Getting through on the day can take quite a while (5 minutes today*) so I walked in but was put on the list for the 'call back' and GP called me and gave me appointment for today. I think the 'call back' is excellent. *HWS CDO explained that a 5 minute wait although it feels long to the patient in comparison to surgeries elsewhere this is very quick. Patient was then more pleased to know that it is not as bad as they thought.
