Poor service going around in circles
Trying to book an appointment is a nightmare. The practice fills out a form for you over the phone. You send photos in to be triaged and you do not hear anything for days. I sent an email just to be told did I fill in a form online. Why is this process so hard for people just to see a GP? I understand Covid etc but this is not an excuse for poor service. Please sort out your booking system for a GP!!
