Poor
My nan was in St. Marys for a few months after the family was told she needed nursing care. After looking at 2 homes, St. Marys was the best of a bad bunch. My nan was bedbound and would buzz for the toilet, but no-one would come, sometimes for an hour. Having very little English speaking staff, communication was at times stretched. I think it would improve with more staff wh could speak English and more staff to look after residents. At times my nan's meals would stay on the side because no no one fed her. I do feel more needs to be done to improve what could be a nice home with a great outlook over the sea. I just wish I had known about HealthWatch before my nan passed away just before Christmas 2016
