Online system not great though

The online system showed the next date for appointments was December 31st but when you click on it there was no appointments. This however was far too far away so I had to call in instead. I managed to get a cancellation. It is running 20 minutes late so far today for me. If they want more people to sign up to online system, there needs to be more on there.
