No choice, so impact high

As there is only one surgery, there is no choice for people other than to access this surgery. Many houses have gone up, however although the surgery has expanded I am unsure if any new GPs/nurses have joined the staff. What shows me that this is unlikely is the amount of time it takes to get an appointment, and the waiting time when you are here. It is a difficult situation.
