Very good, helpful and kind. I've had two recent appointments and now seeing the GP after speaking to them on the phone initially. The GP has gone over what is happening well. The only slight issue is the phones being very busy. The system said I was first in line but it took 40 mins for the phone to answered. I found it difficult to cancel an appointment recently as I couldn't get a taxi to take me to the surgery but it took ages for the phone to be answered. To rebook the appointment meant a two week wait for a new blood test. Transport is the difficult bit when you can't arrange taxis at the right time.
