Onecall phone number is reassuring

The Onecall phone number is very positive for me, it provides security and reassurance and someone gets back to us, it is a good service. I find the staff here very good and compassionate. There is one person who does tend to regularly use the phrase 'oh bless' which is rather annoying, I know it is a habit possibly and she is a kind person but hearing it so often can be rather unhelpful.
