Very little support

I have been left very disappointed by the hospice and community hospice nurses (previously Macmillan nurses) for my mother who was dying at home. During my mum's final weeks and days there was no contact from the hospice teams unless I contacted them for advice. Even when they discovered that mum's final days were long and lingering no one called to see if we (my sister and I) were coping. I had to ring and ask for some emotional support.
