Have struggled
I have struggled to get an appointment for a 2 year old. By the time I got through I was told there were no appointments available and to call back the next morning. I then spoke to reception and we have now been seen. In the past we've seen 4 different doctors for our daughter and they all said the issue was something different. In the end I identified what the problem was and they arranged for the right medication which did work. I just feel that we weren't well listened to with this issue when normally staff are nice and helpful.
