I have had nothing but excellent service from everyone at this practice old and new. Where they can they have always helped me and my whole family
Gone down hill

I’ve been going to Stoke Park Dental Care all my life. I used to see the old owner who was genuine and friendly. Since new management, I’ve received unfriendly or grumpy service from reception. When I’ve asked a question or queried seeking specialised treatment I’ve felt patronised and dismissed. I’ve been threatened I’d get kicked off their register because I couldn’t make one appointment. I’ve had cancelled appointments without any inclination of when I’d get another.

Despite regular visits over 8 years the health conditions in my mouth were poor, I had lost a couple of teeth. Stoke Park referred me to another dentist for implants The new dentist said that my mouth was not in a fit state and has recommended dealing with seious infections, the extraction of further teeth, a root canal and diagnosed a cyst to be treated prior to consideration of implant procedures. I have totally lost confidence in the professional capability and judgment of Stoke Park, also have had to spend considerable amounts of money on dental care privately. Very disappointed in NHS dentistry response.
