Would like doctor to look at me not computer

Time is spent looking at the computer rather than me as a patient. The CCTV system should be appropriately used and the footage should be available to the police when an incident occurs. Sometimes even when you attend the first appointment of the day they can be running late by up to 20 minutes. Even when you're asked to attend an appointment you can't always get one within the time frame needed. It would be nicer to have the same doctor all the time as they have to go over my history each time. I would like the doctor to know a little about my history before I visit.
