I am a patient at this surgery.

Due to life events my mental health deteriorated, I felt suicidal at times and unable to function. My GP was wonderful in spending time with me and as importantly constantly chasing the referral for NSFT to see me as I obviously needed help and support. At times it would be months without a response to the GP referral. The receptionists were really helpful, the surgery encourages continuity of care - so I always saw the same GP. I couldn't fault anything with the care provided.

The GP's are very good, they give plenty of time and they listen well. I have my INR blood tests done here which is very handy. I am more than satisfied with this surgery.
Good GP consistency

I would always come here, you get the consistency of the same GP which is good. They are good about making referrals to hospital, you then get the choice of whether you go to Addenbrookes or West Suffolk Hospital.
Staff attitude very good

My experience at this surgery is dependant on which doctor you see. The nursing staff have always been very good. The staff are very good.

I have been referred to WSH from here and it was very swift service. I first came to this surgery 30 years ago and I am still here. I rate the surgery very highly, I have no complaints.
GP is very good

I am impressed with the doctors, if I have any issues with my medications because of my intollerances the GP said just ring me and he would arrange to change meds if needed. I like all 3 GP's who work from here. I have COPD and heart issues.
Staff follow up on things well

They take time and effort to come out and see me at home if needed as they know I have the need sometimes. They have treated me very well. The staff follow up on things and communicate with me on the phone as needed.

There is the personal touch at this surgery, it is very good. I can get an appointment as I need one, I have been twice this week already with issues. GP is very understanding, Staff are very good. Only thing is parking is difficult.
Music on the answerphone is diabolical

I am happy with this surgery and I rate my GP very high only trouble is you cannot get to see him consistently. The music on the answerphone is diabolical, I often have migraines and I feel sure to have something more soothing would be very welcomed by more than me. I do find the general seats in the surgery are too low, seats should be at least 16 inches high.

Alright surgery, always very hot in the surgery and always have to wait for your appointment. Everyone is friendly and give you enough information. Appointments are ok to book.
