Staff don't push online access

I call when I need an appointment and the staff do not push using Ask My GP. I was called back within 2.5 hours by the clinician who then arranged for me to be seen. The staff are brilliant and lovely with you and I'm very satisfied with how the surgery works as it's quick and easy to get appointments and I'm happy to see any of the doctors.
