Service great. App asking not to contact.
I've always had a great service from the staff at Stowhealth, kind and attentive. But needing to boom through the app which every day has a large message asking to contact if absolutely necessary makes me feel awful to contact them and has put me off messaging before but it has left me in a bad way before just because I didn't want to pester them and feel like a nuisance but it was actually something I really needed their help with. I do use 111 when necessary like my children with their croup
