Blood appointments fiasco

Clinicians asking patients to arrange blood tests then getting told by receptionists no blood test appointments for 2/3 weeks. Reason being people aren't turning up for appointments, told by reception 6-8 blood test appts per day are no shows. So why Stowhealth knowing this haven't adopted a number system. You arrive during set phlebotomy clinic time take a number and sit and wait.
