Poor. Receptionist gave wrong information on a test result
Underactive thyroid: calling for blood test result. Reception insisted on giving me the results and told me "results were in the normal region and no further action would be taken". I requested to speak to a doctor and she was annoyed and said it wasn't necessary. Eventually the doctor phoned me back and as a result of the tests increased my medication. So obviously not normal! What would have happened if I had not asked to speak to the doctor? As far as I'm aware reception staff are not doctors! As such they should not be giving medical advice or advising on the results. This is massively unprofessional, not to mention dangerous. This must be addressed
