Stradbroke Medical Centre



Better communication needed about the service

I was recently in pain and waited to see my GP. There are times when I have to wait 7 - 10 days for an appointment. When I spoke to my GP about getting an appointment he told me I can call at 8 am to get an "on the day" appointment, which I didn't even realise you could do. It would help if the surgery let patients know what is available and how it works.
