RECEPTIONISTS
This centre would be a truly wonderful asset to Sudbury if the Receptionists stopped talking amongst themselves and did what they are supposed to do. I have now visited on 3 separate occasions and on each time have received/witnessed the most unhelpful service they can muster. In fact it has been so dire, it has been laughable - "computer says no" and Basil Fawlty spring to mind. On 2 of the occasions I have had to help elderly people use the blood test machine because the receptionists were sitting with their backs to everyone moaning about their duties. Today on my visit they were doing the same whilst an elderly couple were trying to work the machine to no avail. However this time they were discussing an experience of a meal out.
