Appointments only has proved to be difficult
The staff make the service excellent. Since it has been appointments only it has proved difficult as I am taking warfarin medication and was on antibiotics and needed an urgent appointment, I phoned and emailed Swift Call who do the appointments and they told me the only way I could get an appointment sooner was via my GP, so I had to phone my GP surgery and asked someone to phone me back, I was feeling so unwell at the time my GP did eventually sort an urgent appointment for me but it was such a rigmarole for me.
