Falls are a regular issue

Falls are a regular issue and the only thing you can do as a family is call 999 to get help. It would make sense if there was a service available that could help families and carers to get people up following a fall rather than having to rely on the ambulance service. Norfolk have a team that will come out and assist if someone falls but they won't come in to Suffolk.
