Scary!

My wheelchair stopped working properly, at night rang emergency number but no one picked up. Wouldn't send an engineer until the next day but need my wheelchair to transfer to bed. Engineer couldn't find the problem. Happened again and engineer didn't come until next day. Wanted to send wheelchair back for repair but would only be able to have whatever wheelchair available. Eventually got another engineer who identified the problem. But without my wheelchair I either have to have an unsuitable wheelchair (not adapted)/stay in bed/go to hospital. Without my wheelchair I need two carers
