High turn over of social workers

We have a social worker now but when our daughter was transitioning to adult services she did not have one and this made the transition very difficult. Since then she's had 4 social workers in 2 years and until recently none had visited her even though we were asking. Emails and telephone messages go unanswered possibly because you're given a direct contact and then when they are off no one picks up the cases. We weren't kept informed over the summer and weren't told that the panel didn't sit as expected. We've been asked to submit forms multiple times even though it was originally submitted in January. In the end it has taken 14 months for the issue to be finally sorted.
