The company has no compassion

Carers were verbally abusive towards my 80yr old father swearing and calling him names. The did not send a carer in to put my 80yr old severely disabled mother to bed and told us to get on with it. Did they expect my mother to sit in the chair all night? The management didn't give a damn about there clients needs. Discussing behaviour.
Very poor communication.

Communication between SCC social care and continuing health care is unacceptable. Had informed them numerous times that money was being paid to SCC but when CHC funders was being received but kept paying. Then they send a letter demanding repayment. We'd not used the money. CHC funding needs to be reassessed - ambiguous. Wasn't clear what was happening or when funding/care was starting.

They don't telephone if they are going to be late or not going to come.
Timings could be improved

Carers don't keep to proper times and this could be improved. There are too many different carers used and I don't have enough time to get to know them
