I had nine supportive phone sessions. I found them to be really helpful to me. The counsellor was caring, understanding, empathic and took a person centred approacxh with me at all times. They allowed me to speak freely and openly and I found this to be beneficial to me. I do wish there was a local MS support group near Hadleigh.

I cannot rate this charity highly enough. They have literally been the only source of genuine support and kindness I have experienced in my caring role. They have offered counselling, practical support, encouragement and most importantly a listening kind ear. This charity has saved not only my life but of those who are closest to me. Very responsive, very effective and a charity that actual does what it says it will do. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We attended our first walking Wednesday last month & was brilliant, our sons were both made to feel welcome & felt very comfortable around everybody (which isn't normal for my eldest at all), me & my partner both really valued the conversations & socialisation with others that have maybe been in similar positions. The advice given was also brilliant. Even our puppy got to socialise. So all of us certainly went home smiley. Looking forward to attending again tomorrow.

I am a mental health nurse working with service users and carers. I highly commend Suffolk Carers Matter for their responsiveness, care, and effectiveness. Liaison with them is straightforward and they have the carers needs at the heart of what they do.

Met some of the team for the first time in our school today. They spoke to the young carers about their interests and lives. We were informed about their many offers of support, through online support, emotional and financial support in order to fund activities for our young carers.
