Overall, staff are excellent.

Overall, staff here are excellent, however there are a few individuals, both receptionists and GPs who come across curt or dismissive, which may well be unintentional. If you require an emergency appointment they have an excellent system and fit you in wherever they possibly can. Routine appointments needs work...the automated phone system has been down for 3 weeks. It is also much improved now doctors can book their own follow-up appointments. More time to listen to patient concerns would be helpful even if they are being overly anxious, as they feel listened to and they are more likely to feel reassured by way of explanation.
