Absolutely no continuity of service

When I used to be able to see the same doctor all was well. Now it is an impossibility to see the same doctor twice and I have seen a different doctor, or non doctor every time since Covid. The first appointment I can have is 11 August with yet another doctor I don’t know, or I can ring in every morning at 8.00 for the chance of a same day appointment. I am the sole carer for my husband so this is an impossibility for me as I cannot leave him at a moment’s notice. I am more than unhappy with the service I have received and would have hoped for something a little more reassuring as I am in my 70s, a full time carer without any help for my husband and am finding this lack of continuity extremely distressing.
