I don't like the telephone system

I don't like the automated telephone appointment booking system. i.e. Press 1-Press 2-it's too messy. I can only attend the practice on a Monday or a Tuesday but it seems to take forever to have to listen to all the other days to find a Mon/Tues appointment. Far better to deal with a person
