Dreadful. Less than one star.
Condition misdiagnosed via telephone appointment so I was treated for 2 months for a condition I do not have. After I insisted on being seen face to face my condition was diagnosed but since then there has been no consistent treatment. All my appointments since then have been on the phone with different staff who are not qualified GPs. It seems the receptionists are now gatekeepers charged with keeping patients away from the GPs. As a result, a condition that should have cleared up within a few weeks has been going on for 6 months and is still ongoing with no resolution in sight.
