Tavern Street Dental Practice


Elderly Father taken off books

My elderly Father had been at Tavern Street Dental practice since the 1980’s He missed an appointment due to not being reminded. When I phoned on his behalf they said they don’t phone or write anymore only email. As he doesn’t have internet that would be impossible! Then was told he missed an appointment in 2003 that’s ridiculous! He has had heart surgery and cancer in his tongue. All things that could cause impact on his teeth and mouth and be kept an eye on. He is also on pension credit so limited income. Just to be told he no longer has a Dentist has caused him much anguish and distress. He has been let down by Tavern Street. Reason technology!
