Terrible customer service
Treatment ok, not the best. It’s the customer service which is terrible. Got a random call 3 months after treatment to say that I had an outstanding balance. I emailed to say I can’t take phone calls and asked them explain what this was about. As I have always paid my bill after treatment. When questioned, I was informed that it was their mistake but still owed. Fine. Not ideal but to be phoned again the next day (after saying I can’t take calls) I get an email threatening debt collection agencies. Avoid.
