Had a text to collect my repeat prescription, went in at 1045 I was no 7 in the queue stood for 10 minutes by which time there were a further 5 people behind me.
Not once in that 10 minutes was anyone served, the Pharmacist walked out of the store so then did I.
This is not good enough, it takes far far too long when the meds should have already been checked, bagged and sealed.
Then it gets checked again taking up more time, I will be now trying to make other arrangements for my prescriptions.

Prescription never ready. Slow slow slow

They text to tell you your prescription is ready and when you go in; it’s not ready or they can’t find it. Never known a chemist to have so much time off (closed ) or such huge queues waiting for service, it’s a disgrace to health workers in other locations
