Rude Nurse Practitioner

I asked the Nurse Practitioner - if I could talk about having an allergy test. They said I have no time and was quite rude. They said that I would have to talk to the receptionist. They said you can only talk about one problem. When I talked to the receptionist they said this is not my job you need to talk to the GP. The practitioner told me that I needed to pay for an allergy test but the receptionist said the GP will decide what you need to do. I have been to the surgery 6 times about this allergy problem and no one seems to want to help. I have found them very rude.
