Child with high temperature and painful ear i

From early morning I called and explained that the child was sick, the temperature was high and the ear was very painful, the child was crying from pain all night. We received an appointment only at 16:00. We arrived two hours earlier because the child did not stop crying. I ask them to take us before, explained that it is very painful. Nobody was worried about it, so I spent two hours in the waiting room with a crying child, until the doctor gives us two minutes of her time to prescribe antibiotics.
