The Chesterfield Drive Practice



To access appointments has been appalling..

After listening to the same recorded messges for several minutes at each call. Then to be cut off because all lines are busy for over three days at different times of the day - even when instructed to call after 2pm the same happened. On day 4, being told I am number 30 in the queue is totally unacceptable. I had to rate 1 star to complete this, but would not award any stars. I would be interested in joining a patients group if it will influence the terrible service offered to patients.
