The Derby Road Practice


Good for us

My whole family come here and it is good for us. We use the APP and find it easy and you always hear something the same day unless later in the afternoon. It has been switched off a couple of times but that was after bank holidays, so you expect demand to be high, so we just waited a couple of days and managed to get a chat and appointment. The facilities seem a bit outdated and the ladies toilet downstairs was out of order, so you had to use the mens. They should really put a sign on the men's door just saying it is men/women that day.
