The Derby Road Practice



I booked language Line but didn't get

I arrived in the Country a few months ago with no English. To book a GP appointment I ask Suffolk Refugee Support (SRS) to do it for me. They do and requested for Language Line. Usually I get Language Line, but today the doctor said the phone line was not working and so I had to phone someone who spoke my language to interpret.
