Rude reception staff

There is one reception staff who is very rude, abrupt and thinks she runs the place, the other reception staff are lovely, but I will put the phone down if I get the rude one. It would be nice if you didn't have yo go through all your history everytime you see someone, if they read your notes before hand. I have had to explain why I can't take certain meds!!!
