Waiting time on telephone is far too long.
It is extremely difficult to get through to the surgery on the telephone at any time of the day. There is no other way to contact the surgery eg-text, email, or even in person. My average waiting time on the phone is 1 hour and 10 mins. I appreciate the difficulties at the moment due to COVID (assumedly) but it is very frustrating and inconvenient. This forces people who are very ill to go to A&E instead which adds to the pressures experienced at A&E.
