RUDE RECEPTIONIST

I visited the Riverside Clinic today, I am absolutely disgusted in the attitude and professionalism of your staff member at reception. She spoke to me so rudely and abruptly infront of the other people waiting in the waiting room I was embarrassed. She had no empathy towards me even with me being in a lot if pain and asking for her help. I am shocked you have people working and getting paid a wage to be so vile towards members of the public. This person needs to be retrained to speak to people kindly and professionally. Disgraceful.
