System doesn't work brilliantly
Recently I tried to get an appointment for a blood test after seeing the practice nurse. I was told I could get a walk in appointment first thing in the morning, but on arrival I was told I had to book and the first appointment available was 2 hours later. Someone helped me book using the computer system and we went home. When we came back I tried to enter the details on the computer but it said the appointment was not recognised. Very kindly the phlebotomist said they would squeeze me in. The old system was far superior to the new one.
