Why did they change the process

Staff member was very good. I can't understand why they've changed things. I have no internet, mobile or computer. I booked and appointment at 10.25 and was seen at 11.55 . Your name comes up on the screen but as other patients come in and register for their appointments your name goes down the list, so you never know when you'll be seen.. A tea and coffee machine would be good considering the long waits.
