The Pathology Partnership (Sudbury Health Centre)


New system has improved wait times

The old system meant that you could wait 1-2 hours to be seen but this is not the case for the new system. The computer is really not user friendly even for someone who uses them but for older people it is very difficult and they did move. Phoning is much easier and staff have been very good. I did have problems making an appointment on the computer and a member of staff had to help.
