Mixed messages about booking in April
I called to book an appointment using the number on the leaflet I was given but was told I couldn't book by phone and that I would have to go up to the health centre at either 08.15 or 13.15. I knew I could book online but this wasn't advised. When I did go online there wasn't an appointment available for 2 weeks. If it had been an urgent blood test this would've been a problem. I checked in at the surgery but using the computer there wasn't that clear. There was only one person taking blood the other was on a break at 10.25. I much preferred the old ticket system.
