Very slow to use

To book on the computer in the health centre is ok - very slow to use but fairly simple. On one occasion not enough blood was taken and not all staff listen when I'm explaining how best to take my blood as it is very difficult. They no longer ring to let you know your test results. You just have to wait until they send them out
