I now wait minutes if that to be seen.

Excellent, much better than when the service first started. I now wait minutes if that to be seen but when I came out of hospital following a heart attack I was unable to get an appointment on the Monday at all and had to wait 3 hours on the Tuesday for an appointment which wasn't good. The additional member of staff and how it runs now is great
